Born and raised in the “mean streets” of Evansville Indiana, Drew moved to Scottsdale after being recruited to one of the largest direct lending firms in the country. He quickly worked his way up the ranks in the corporate lending verticle and became a manager. While working hard and drawing a comfortable salary, he chose to invest every dollar he earned in his future. He built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio which sparked his passion for Non-QM lending. He was inspired to create HostLoan, a lending partner that specializes in people like him looking to build their wealth through real estate.
